In the recent years, the real estate market in dubai has gone through a huge boom which inturn attracted a good amount of foriegn investors to the UAE. The amount of money flowing in from both local and foreign investors has been outstanding as it has helped in boosting the value of properties in Dubai.
One of the reasons why foreign investors are coming to Dubai is that the government has made it incredibly easy and safe for them to enter the market, the government has been doing its best to provide these investors with all the incentives they needed to make their decisions. A downside to an investment is that it is rumored that the real estate 'bubble' in Dubai is soon going to burst causing the investors to lose their money, this view is usually supported by the fact that the price of properties is soaring and eventually going to hit a point where nobody would be able to afford them. I personally disagree with this point of view as I have noticed that the government has recently been doing its best to stablize the market and despite the recent fluctuations in the oil prices, the market has been very stable. |
